9月25日，由深圳市投资促进局、日本驻广州总领事馆、日本贸易振兴机构（广州代表处）主办，深圳市外商投资企业权益保护服务工作站承办的“2025年投资深圳系列活动 深圳—日资企业产业政策交流会”在福田区深业上城成功举办。深圳市各相关政府部门代表、在华重点日资企业代表及日本国驻广州总领事馆总领事贵岛善子、日本贸易振兴机构（广州代表处）冈田英治所长等近100人出席本次交流会。

　　On September 25, the "2025 Invest in Shenzhen Series – Shenzhen-Japanese-Invested Enterprises Industry Policy Exchange Meeting" was successfully held at UpperHills in Futian District. The event was co-hosted by the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Consulate-General of Japan in Guangzhou, and the Japan External Trade Organization (JERTO) Guangzhou Office, and organized by the Shenzhen Foreign-Invested Enterprises Right and Interest Protection Service Workstation. Nearly 100 participants attended the event, including representatives from relevant government departments in Shenzhen, key Japanese-invested enterprises in China, as well as Kijima Yoshiko, Consul General of Japan in Guangzhou, and Okada Eiji, Director of JETRO Guangzhou Office.

　　深圳—日资企业产业政策交流活动已连续举办十二届。深圳市各有关单位在会上详细解答了企业关心的税务、社保、教育、环保、海关、出入境等方面的政策问题，面对面解决日资企业的问题和诉求，更好地服务在深日资企业，进一步提振外商投资信心。

　　The Shenzhen-Japanese-Invested Enterprises Industry Policy Exchange Meeting has been held for 12 consecutive years. During the event, representatives from relevant government departments in Shenzhen provided detailed answers to questions concerning policies such as taxation, social insurance, education, environmental protection, customs, and entry-exit affairs. By addressing various issues and needs face-to-face, the event aims to better serve these Japanese-invested enterprises in Shenzhen and further boost the confidence of foreign investors.

　　深圳市投资促进局相关负责人在致辞中表示，今年1-8月，深圳市新设外商投资企业达到8119家，同比增长超过60%。截至今年8月份，日本在深圳投资的企业家数量达到1171家。深圳将以更大力度吸引和利用外商投资，持续打造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，为企业做好服务。

　　An official from the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality said that a total of 8,119 new foreign-invested enterprises were established in Shenzhen from January to August this year, a year-on-year increase of over 60%. As of August this year, the number of Japanese-invested enterprises in Shenzhen reached 1,171. Shenzhen will continue to step up efforts to attract and utilize foreign investment and further devote itself to building a world-class business environment that is market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized, while serve enterprises in the best possible way.

　　日本国驻广州总领事馆总领事贵岛善子表示，中日两国经贸合作密切，深圳企业与日本企业在诸多领域紧密合作，共同创新。希望以此次活动为契机，增进日中双方互信，坚定日本企业扎根深圳的信心。

　　Kijima Yoshiko, Consul General of Japan in Guangzhou, emphasized that China and Japan have maintained close economic and trade cooperation, and that enterprises from Shenzhen and Japan are working closely together to advance innovation in many fields. She expressed her hope that this event will serve as an opportunity to enhance mutual trust between Japan and China and strengthen the confidence of Japanese enterprises in taking root in Shenzhen.

　　日本贸易振兴机构广州代表处所长、首席代表冈田英治表示，深圳优越的营商环境吸引了众多日资企业来深投资，希望深圳市政府一如既往地支持日资企业发展。

　　Okada Eiji, Director and Chief Representative of JETRO Guangzhou Office, noted that Shenzhen's excellent business environment has attracted numerous Japanese enterprises to invest in the city. He expressed hope that the municipal government would provide consistent support for Japanese enterprises' development.

　　As one of the world's most dynamic and innovative cities, Shenzhen has attracted numerous multinational corporations, forming a strong agglomeration effect. The city will continue to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and attract more foreign-invested enterprises through "sincere commitment and efficient services". It will also provide comprehensive support, deliver end-to-end services, and create an all-around optimal business environment to ensure the high-quality development of foreign-invested enterprises.
